On July 6, 1902, a storm blew the steeple down. Eight days later a decision was made to rebuild the church on the same spot. On February 15, 1903, the last service was held in this church. 5 days later the members began tearing down the church. It was difficult because the walls were so thick. On October 25, 1904 the new church was dedicated by Bishop S. C. Breyfogel. |
